Production of coil springs
We produce our springs using the latest manufacturing technologies on state-of-the-art CNC automatic coiling machines. Infra-red controlled heat treatment equipment, CNC grinding machines and fully automatic CNC chamfering and heat setting machines, as well as cutting-edge corrosion protection technologies guarantee top quality.
Spring steel
For manufacturing our springs, we use exclusively high quality chrome silicon or chrome vanadium spring steel with a tensile strength of up to 2,100 MPa.
Shot peening (processes for surface stabilization) in suspension springs
Thermo-stress peening extends the lifespan of our springs significantly as compared to conventional shot peened springs.
Suspension springs corrosion protection
Conventional methods of painting and powder coating no longer meet our increasing demands. Our springs are coated on our ultra-modern coating line with zinc phosphate and powdercoated (epoxy resin). A 480 hours salt spray test according to DIN 50021 SS poses no challenge for our springs.
Packaging
All suspension springs are marked with part numbers and packed individually in high-quality cartons marked with the multi-coloured company logo. The labels are additionally provided with individual bar codes.
